Prior to leaving the car or hotels, please ensure the safety of your belongings. The company will not be held responsible for any loss or damage.
In compliance with the Government of India, all nationals must provide valid photo ID proof at check-in (Passport/Visa, Voter ID, Driver’s License).
Hotels/camps may deny stay if valid ID is not provided. The company cannot be held responsible for issues related to ID proof.
Some hotels may provide extra mattresses instead of extra beds. Please inform us in advance if you prefer a bed.
It is assumed the tourist is in good health. Please inform us in advance about allergies or health issues.
Notify us in advance if you are uncomfortable with stairs, as some hotels/resorts may not have elevators.
Hotel check-in is 14:00 hrs and checkout is 11:00 hrs. Early check-in/late checkout may incur extra charges.
Additional charges may apply for heaters, Wi-Fi, etc. Payable directly at hotels.
If meals are included, they will be buffet or fixed menu. Extras are chargeable. During low occupancy, meal credits may be provided instead of buffets.
In case of vehicle breakdown, another vehicle will be arranged for major issues. Minor issues will be repaired on the spot.
No responsibility for delays, changes, or expenses due to natural hazards, strikes, sickness, or political unrest.
Air conditioning may not work in hilly areas or when vehicle is stopped.
Driver will not enter no-entry zones or unsafe roads. Working hours: 12 hrs/day. Extra hours require prior notice.
In some hill areas, driving after sunset and loud music is prohibited. Cooperation appreciated.
Pick-up and drop-off limited to one location unless agreed via email before booking.
Visiting same place multiple times may incur high parking charges. Please inform us in advance.
Destinations/routes cannot be changed without prior notice. Adjustments may change rates.
Rates subject to change if fuel prices rise by more than 5% after booking.
Company reserves right to provide a similar vehicle if booked one is unavailable.
Parking areas may be away from sightseeing spots. Guests must walk/arrange at own cost.
Vehicle covers only itinerary points. Extra sightseeing must be pre-discussed. Refunds not possible for missed points.
No refunds for short stays or unused facilities.
No cancellations/refunds for events beyond control (weather, landslides, strikes, etc.).
Company not responsible for accidents, injuries, deaths, or theft during tour.
Services may be cancelled if full advance not received. Features can be changed without notice.
Legal disputes subject to Haridwar, Uttarakhand jurisdiction only.
We provide 24/7 ground support, even though responsibility for losses is limited.
Payment Policy
Upon receiving your Tour Inquiry, our Travel Consultant will prepare a customized plan within 24 hours.
To confirm booking, generally 50% of the total cost is required. For large groups, percentage may vary.
It is recommended to book at least 60 days before departure. Balance payment must be cleared by the 11th day of your tour. High season may require higher deposits.
On booking confirmation, you’ll receive a confirmation letter with hotels, flights, and itinerary. If conditions change, Dharika Tourism may adjust and provide alternatives.
