Itinerary:-The Maharaja Trail

Day 1 - Delhi (Arrival);

Arrive at Delhi Airport or Railway Station and meet your representative for transfer to the hotel. Check-in and freshen up. Later, enjoy a city tour of New Delhi, passing iconic government buildings designed by Lutyens, including Rashtrapati Bhavan, Parliament House, and Connaught Place. Snap photos at India Gate and drive along the ceremonial Rajpath boulevard. Evening at leisure, explore local markets or enjoy a traditional Indian dinner. Overnight at hotel.;

Day 2 - Delhi – Full Day Sightseeing;

After breakfast, explore Old and New Delhi. Start with Jama Masjid and the vibrant Chandni Chowk bazaar, including a rickshaw ride through narrow lanes. Stop at Khari Baoli, Asia’s largest spice market. Visit Raj Ghat, Qutub Minar, Lotus Temple, ISKCON Temple, and Humayun’s Tomb. Drive past India Gate and Rashtrapati Bhavan, then visit Birla Temple. Optional evening sound & light show at Red Fort. Overnight at hotel.;

Day 3 - Delhi – Jaipur (260 Kms / 5 hrs);

After breakfast, drive to Jaipur. En route, stop for photo opportunities at scenic points. Arrive and check in at the hotel. Evening free to explore Jaipur’s colorful bazaars, street food, and handicrafts. Overnight at hotel.;

Day 4 - Jaipur Sightseeing;

After breakfast, explore Amber Fort, ascending on elephant back or jeep ride. Marvel at the palace interiors, courtyards, and panoramic views of Maota Lake. Later, visit City Palace, the astronomical wonder of Jantar Mantar, and the iconic Hawa Mahal. Evening at leisure to experience Jaipur’s cultural shows or local cuisine. Overnight at hotel.;

Day 5 - Jaipur – Agra (200 Kms / 4 hrs);

After breakfast, drive to Agra with a stop at Fatehpur Sikri, the abandoned Mughal capital, exploring Buland Darwaza, Panch Mahal, and Jama Masjid. Continue to Agra, check in at hotel, and relax. Evening stroll in Agra’s local markets or enjoy a view of the Taj Mahal at sunset from Mehtab Bagh. Overnight at hotel.;

Day 6 - Agra – Varanasi by Overnight Train;

After breakfast, visit the world-famous Taj Mahal, followed by Agra Fort and Sikandra (Akbar’s Tomb). Explore Mughal architectural marvels and take memorable photos. In the evening, board your overnight train to Varanasi. Enjoy onboard dinner and rest. Overnight on train.;

Day 7 - Varanasi Arrival & City Tour;

Arrive in Varanasi and transfer to the hotel. After lunch, visit Banaras Hindu University, Durga Temple, Tulsi Manas Temple, and Bharat Mata Temple, featuring India carved in marble. In the evening, witness the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat, a spiritual spectacle with hundreds of oil lamps illuminating the holy river.
