After breakfast, proceed on a sacred journey to the Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine, one of India’s most revered pilgrim sites. Nestled at an altitude of approximately 5,200 feet in the folds of the Trikuta Mountains, this divine cave temple is located 61 km from Jammu. The last 13 km of the trek is traditionally covered on foot, allowing devotees to experience the spiritual aura of the hills. As you approach the cave, cross the cold stream Charan Ganga and enter the sanctum sanctorum, where the three divine manifestations — Mahakali, Mahalakshmi, and Mahasaraswati — are enshrined.
