Cancellation Policy

We deeply regret if you choose to cancel your booking with Dharika Tourism Private Limited. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, cancellations must be submitted in writing to be considered valid. All refunds and adjustments will be calculated based on the date we receive your written cancellation request.

Refunds for travel services not provided will follow the schedule below:

  1. More than 70 days prior to departure: No retention charges will apply.
  2. Between 60 and 45 days prior to departure: 15% of the total tour cost per person will be charged.
  3. Between 45 and 30 days prior to departure: 35% of the total tour cost per person will be charged.
  4. Between 30 days and 15 day prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost per person will be charged.
  5. Between 15 days and 1 day prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost per person will be charged.
  6. Additional Charges: Any cancellation fees imposed by banks, payment platforms, airlines, cruises, hotels, railway companies, or other service providers affiliated with Dharika Tourism will also be deducted from the refund amount.

Please Note: Substituting a traveler will be treated as a booking cancellation and will be subject to the above cancellation terms.

Once the tour has commenced, no refunds can be issued for unused services (including, but not limited to, hotel accommodations, transportation, meals, or admission fees) resulting from early departure, late arrival, or missed days of the tour.
