1- Please carefully read and understand the contents and prices mentioned in the emails. It is important to note that all email conversations will be considered part of your contract with us once you make the booking.
2- Prior to leaving the car or hotels, please ensure the safety of your belongings. The company will not be held responsible for any loss or damage.
3- In compliance with the Government of India's directive, all Indian and foreign nationals must provide valid proof of identification upon check-in. Acceptable identification documents include a passport and visa, voter's ID card, or current driver's license. These documents must include a photograph.
4- Hotels, camps, or other accommodations may deny stay if valid ID proof is not provided. The company cannot be held responsible for any issues related to ID proof.
5- Some hotels may provide extra mattresses instead of extra beds for additional adults. If you prefer an extra bed instead of an extra mattress, please inform us in advance.
6- It is assumed that the tourist is in good health to undertake the tour. If you have any allergies, especially regarding food, or any significant health issues, please inform us in advance.
7- Kindly notify us in advance if you are uncomfortable with stairs, as many small hotels or resorts may not have elevators.
8- Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 hrs, and checkout time is 11:00 hrs across India. If early check-in or late checkout is required and not included in the cost, additional charges may apply. Please contact the hotel directly for complimentary early check-in or late checkout requests.
9- Additional charges may apply at hotels for room heaters or Wi-Fi services, as these are typically not included in the normal package. Such charges should be paid directly at the hotels.
10- If meals are included in your package, they will be served based on a set menu or buffet. Any items not included in the ideal buffet or fixed menu will be charged separately at the time of consumption. The menu and options are determined by the hotels. Some hotels may provide meal credits instead of buffet or fixed menus during periods of low occupancy. The meal credit amount is set by the hotel management, and if the bill exceeds the given meal credit amount, the additional amount should be paid directly to the hotel. Room service or packing of food may incur extra charges at certain hotels.
11 In the event of a vehicle breakdown due to technical reasons, we will make every effort to arrange another vehicle promptly for major problems. For minor issues that can be repaired quickly, the vehicle will be fixed. Your cooperation is appreciated in such situations.
12- We shall not be responsible for any delays, alterations in the program, or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, transport breakdowns, weather conditions, sickness, landslides, political unrest, or any similar incidents.
13- Air conditioning may not work in all hilly areas or when the vehicle is stopped or parked.
14- The driver will not drive in no-entry zones or be forced to drive on narrow streets or roads that may cause traffic congestion. The driver's normal working hours are 12 hours per day. If you require services beyond 12 hours in a day, please inform us in advance.
15- In some hill areas, driving after sunset and playing music is prohibited due to safety concerns. Your cooperation in adhering to these regulations is appreciated.
16- Pick-up and drop-off points will be specified and limited to one location unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon via email before making the booking.
17- If you plan to visit a particular place multiple times, please inform us in advance, as some places may have high parking charges.
18- Tour destinations and routes cannot be changed without prior notice. Amended routes and changes in tour destinations may result in rate adjustments.
19- The rates are subject to change based on fluctuations in diesel/petrol prices in India. If the prices increase by more than 5% from the time of booking, the rates will be adjusted accordingly.
20- The company reserves the right to provide a similar car if the originally booked car is unavailable.
21- In some cases, the parking area for vehicles may be located at a distance from the sightseeing spots. Guests are responsible for reaching the parking area at their own expense.
22- The vehicle will be permitted to visit sightseeing points along the route and within the city limits as mentioned in the itinerary. For additional or off-route sightseeing or substitutions, please contact the company. Refunds are not possible if a specific sightseeing point is not covered. If you have specific excursion requests, please inform the company in advance and discuss them directly rather than with the driver. Whenever possible, nearby sightseeing points should be covered together. However, in the event of any issues with a particular place, adjustments can be made.
23- No refunds will be provided for a short stay or unused facilities.
24- No cancellations or refunds will be granted if the situation is beyond our control, such as bad weather, landslides, climatic conditions, natural disasters, fires, government acts or decisions, political or national crises, roadblocks, heavy snowfall, acts of terrorism, strikes, problems with airlines, railways, buses, hotels, transporters, labor disputes, insolvency, business exigencies, operational or technical issues, route and flight cancellations, or any circumstances outside of our control that prevent customers from reaching their destination.
25- The company is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, deaths, or theft of personal belongings during the tour.
26- The company reserves the right to cancel any service without providing a refund until full advance payment is received from the customer and accepted by the company. The company may change the features or functionality of the services at any time without notice.
27- The company expressly disclaims any implied warranties imposed by laws other than those of India. The jurisdiction of any disputes or legal matters shall be limited to the courts of Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India.
28- While we cannot take responsibility for any losses, we are committed to supporting our guests and providing 24-hour ground services.
1- Upon receiving your Tour Inquiry, one of our Travel Consultants will commence designing a customized trip plan based on your request, typically within 24 hours.
2- Once we receive your deposit, we will proceed to secure your final booking. Generally, a 50% payment of the total tour cost is required. However, the percentage may be adjusted based on factors such as group size and specific itinerary requirements, especially for large groups requiring hotel room reservations.
3- It is highly recommended to book your tour at least 60 days prior to your departure date. The remaining payment should be made by the 11th day of your tour. During high season, to ensure your reservation, a higher deposit or an advance payment of the balance may be necessary.
4- Upon confirmation of your booking, you will receive a confirmation letter containing proposed flights, hotels, and a detailed trip plan. If any conditions change after your confirmation, DHARIKA TOURISM PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to make adjustments and provide you with suitable alternatives.
